Estia Ltd is a general construction company founded in 1997 in the Peloponnese. In 2001, the company established its headquarters in Chalandri, Attica, from where it continues to manage and deliver projects across Greece.

Over the years, Estia has successfully executed projects nationwide, including Crete, Rhodes, Paros, Zakynthos, Corfu, Halkidiki, the Peloponnese, and Attica. Since 2003, the company has been active in Cyprus, working in close collaboration with its sister company, Multipro Ltd, which is managed by the same team.

The company specialises in the construction and renovation of hotels and healthcare centers, aswell as numerous other projects including luxury residential complexes, office towers, industrial buildings, retail outlets, education facilities and restoration of listed buildings.
